Apparently georaphy is a wild thing?
These last two years have been a very entertaining, if not bemusing experience.
I did wonder how we would get on at the start of the year with such a small class but it has been rather good. Some good exchanges of vocabulary and some not so good! But in the end it has all turned out good.
Geography will certainly become everywhere in my life in a years time (fingers crossed) and I relish the thought. Ill be in Antarctica before you know it! ahem. I hope not, iv just about had enough of it after studying it for all these years. Ill never forget the Yr 9 class where I was first properly introduced.
Looking back through the pictures from the field trip, oh how we have changed!
Bet you cant guess who these quotes reminded me of:
"Coming out involves varying degrees of difficulty that are affected by class, race, religion, and geography" - Lance Loud
"Canadians are the people who learned to live without the bold accents of the natural ego-trippers of other lands" - Marshall McLuhan
The quote in the title is by Tom Felton. Not that hes my idol or anything, but it just about sums up my attitude.
If I ever make some sort of bizarre geography film i'll surely call it Back to the Geography or The Geography Room.
Thanks to Mr White for, how can I forget; Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
I wish you all the best for the future and Mrs Jackson keep knitting those shawls!
