You were doing a spot of research into the short & long term conflicts between oil extraction & the environment in Alaska & found a reference to a recent oil leek due to corrosion on the Trans Alaskan pipeline. This would be an example of a short term conflict, as opposed to long term impacts such as that on the permafrost -so where was it?
